Rhythms Movement Method of Gabrielle Roth Led

In life everything is
moving and changing all the times. Inside and outside of us. On this workshop
we will go through the map of 5 Rhythms, taking each Rhythm on its light and
shadow side of the road. Finding a way to move with our energies when they
are freely flowing and when we are resisting to them. Embodying our shadow dances,
is acknowleding their place and function in our lives. Using movement as a
mother tongue of our body, we are giving a chance for bringing more light,
breath, humour, love to this places that are unevitable for any of us to
enter. We can shift our energy, once when we are in the shadow, from hiding, pushing it away, judging,
getting lost, separating, ignoring it
- into some amazing dances that we can share together. "When you fall into the shadow side of your rhythm, your ego
seduces you off the path of your destiny. The ego is destined only for dead
ends. Sabotage is its modus operandi. Flowing folks get trapper in their own
inertia. Staccato guys get tense and rigid. Chaos divas devolve into
confusion. Lyrical souls space out. And sweet still waters, although they run
deep, can also freeze and become numb."

Friday Evening Waves Class is Open to everyone. Weekend Workshop requires previous experience of one Waves
class. Maximum 25 participants. PRICES:
Whole Workshop (from
Friday to Sunday): 145 Euro. If you book with non-refundable deposit before
10th of August, early booking price is: 125 Euro. Working Price (max 2
people): 90 Euro. ACCOMODATION: Sleeping in dormitory
on the maitresses on the floor near the dancing space, price is 10 Euro per
night per person. Possible to sleep
with local dancers and to rent a room in local pansion. FOOD: Delicious and nutritious
lunches and dinners at the Center, price for whole module: 30 Euro.
Pottenstein is cca 50
km southwest from Wienna, and 170 km north from Graz, and 300 km from
Klagenfurt… Let us know if you need more information about traveling there. Workshop is led in
